Okay, I know I have been MIA. I want to write the birth story, I want to tell you all the fabulousness of my life as a new mama, I want to re-connect with my blog friends. But why doesn't anyone tell you how much work this having a baby thing is?!? Oh wait, they do...
There have been so many times with my favourite bloggers where I would think that, "blogger X,Y, or Z hasn't posted pictures of their adorable children recently," or "I miss hearing about their life," or "where has she gone!??!"
Okay, I get it.
Hats off to you all who actually manage to post with your jobs, children, and complicated lives. I never realized how crazy life can be. I thought being a student was work. Its a walk in the park to make a study schedule and be sleep deprived from self inflicted, A type studying!
So this October LSAT thing is not happening. Lets hope I get some study time in before December.
My husband has currently absconded with my baby. Something about the baby wanting a Blizzard. Mmmmhmmm sure. At least I am getting a Blizzard out of this shameless lie. He takes him out on a 'date' every day when he comes home from work to give me some 'me' time. They go for walks, coffee, or to visit his parents. Its really sweet. I married a good one. However, he is on call this week and its going to be a new adventure considering I won't wake him up to do his share this week. Who am I kidding? He does more than his share without me asking every night...
And the stitches. Well that's another story. As is my squishy belly...
Its so worth it though.
You are all probably dying to hear the name (or you should be because its perfect like my baby.)
I am so proud and giddy to announce that we named our baby Zain Ali K.

Welcome to the club! It can definitely be a bit trying to get everything finishing in time! Glad to hear that the "dates" are giving you some time off. I know what it's like to feel like you married a good one that does more than his share. Don't feel bad! They are just awesome partners :)
